Choose this type of account when you only want to make occasional purchases with a simple and quick initial registration process.
You are charged for the report/s you order according to the rates shown on the website for each product. You may choose to view or purchase products in either Pounds Sterling, Euros or US Dollars. You decide the applicable purchase currency when you register. VAT at the rate of 17.5% is always added to any purchases if you are a UK registered customer. It is not added to any purchases if you are an EU registered customer, unless your VAT number is not supplied at all or is incorrect. VAT is not applied to purchases if you are registered in any non-EU country.
You simply pay as you go by credit card payment through the secure online transaction service of WorldPay.
Once you complete a brief registration process, you will receive your ID and password details within minutes. You can then order and pay by credit card for any reports immediately. There is no need to re-register if you want to use the service more than once.
Choose this type of account when you have frequent or high volume usage requirements and wish to take advantage of our generous pre-payment discounts from 5% up to 25%.

Every time you complete a purchase, your current discount rate will be applied to the sub-total and the final discounted total amount will be deducted from your current credit balance.
You may order products to the value of the current credit balance remaining in your account.

Note that a Copper contract, which requires the lowest level of pre-payment but offers no discount, is useful if you want to avoid the inconvenience of making small payments each time you place an order.
You are offered a choice of 4 pre-payment methods:
If you choose to pre-pay the full amount by credit card, you can use the service immediately after you receive your secure ID and password – within minutes of registration. If you choose any other payment method, your account will be activated once our bank confirms that your payment has been cleared.
Choose this type of account when you have frequent or high volume usage requirements and need to set up multiple users within your Enterprise as the Administrator.
The person who opens the account is known as the Administrator.
Once the application is approved, you will receive your Administrator ID
and password by email.
The ID (an email address) and password supplied entitles the Administrator to purchase products as well as add new or delete existing Users. This is done through the Administrator’s My Account.
Any Users set up by the Administrator can only use their separate ID (an email address) and password to purchase products but not to view or manage other users.
Both the Administrator and any Users can check the Total Purchase Limit and Available Purchase Limit when logged in to My Account.
Your Company is charged for the report/s you order according to the rates shown
on the website for each product.
You may order products to the value of the Available Purchase Limit remaining
in your account.
VAT at the rate of 17.5% is always added to any purchases if your Company is registered in the UK. It is not added to any purchases if your Company is registered anywhere in the EU, unless your VAT number is not supplied at all or is incorrect. VAT is not applied to purchases if your Company is registered in any non-EU country.
You may choose to view or purchase products in either Pounds Sterling, Euros or US Dollars. You decide the applicable purchase currency when you register.
In special circumstances, and by prior agreement only, a discount rate can be negotiated according to usage levels.
Where a discount has been agreed, every time you complete a purchase, your current discount rate will be applied to the sub-total and the final discounted total amount will be deducted from your Available Purchase Limit.
You are billed monthly in arrears for all completed orders with one invoice showing all transactions grouped by user.
The invoice is mailed to you and a copy posted to your My Account which you can
view or download at any time from the section “View/download current and
historical invoices”
Payment terms are due 30 days from date of invoice, or on other terms by mutual
agreement.
